Product: Flowoat SF41

Proposed product:
The proposed product for installation was Flowcoat SF41 a high build epoxy resin floor coating system.   

Process:
Floor preparation included the process of mechanical dustless diamond grinding to provide a key for the new flooring system. As the subfloor was a dense concrete a water based epoxy primer was applied.  A further two coats of Flowcoat SF41 was applied giving an overall thickness of 600 microns.    

Conclusion:
To conclude, the installation of Flowcoat SF41 has provided the client with an easily cleanable, hard-wearing floor finish that is also aesthetically pleasing.
