Product: Resuseal WB

Proposed product:
The product proposed was a water based resin floor coating which would meet the clients budget and provide a coloured sealed floor. Due to the size of the project the water based resin floor seal was ideal as over 1000m2 could be applied per day.

Process:
The floors were shot-blasted to remove the existing floor coatings and provide a key for the new resin application. The area edges were ground by diamond grinder again to remove the existing coatings and provide a key. An oil tolerant primer was applied to areas where contamination was suspected.

Conclusion:
The final floor provided an excellent and bright finish to the floor and eliminated dusting within the area.
