Product: Flowfast Terrosso

Project requirement:
The client required a floor that was fresh, bright and cleanable with slip resistant properties. A fast-track solution was also required due to the nature of the premises.

Proposed product:
The proposed product for installation was Flowfast Terrosso (to the Co-op specified colour) which was the perfect product for meeting the clients requirements. Not only was the Flowfast Terrosso system a fast-track system but it also provided excellent abrasion resistance, slip resistance with an easily cleanable surface.

Process:
Floor preparation included the process of mechanical dustless diamond grinding over existing tiles to provide a key for the new flooring system. The floor was then primed and skimmed with standard binder. Following the primer and skim coat the flowfast Terrosso system was finally applied.

Conclusion:
To conclude, the installation of the Flowfast Terrosso system provided the client with a great number of benefits including slip resistance and easy maintenance whilst offering a hard wearing finish. The fast track properties of the flooring system also allowed the project to be completed in as short a period as possible.
