Product: Heavy Duty Polyurethane Floor Screed

Project requirement:
The client required a heavy duty floor screed for walkways and various other areas within their premises that would provide the most durable resin floor covering available.

Proposed product:
We proposed a polyurethane floor screed at 6mm to cover the pathways and other areas. This provided an extremely durable floor which was also cleanable within the premises.

Process:
The floors were both scarified and shot-blasted where required and anchor cuts made at all perimeter areas of where the heavy duty floor screed was to be applied. The floor was then primed and scattered, allowed to cure overnight. The screed was then applied at 6mm to areas where required and allowed to cure.

Conclusion:
The client was provided a floor which was extremely durable and cleanable and would last for many years to come.
