Product: Flowfast Quartz

Project requirement:
The client required a flooring system to be installed which covered the existing floor tiles and was durable, cleanable bright and aesthetically pleasing. Due to the fact the toilets were public within the station the works required carrying out during the hours of station closure, providing a very tight timescale for application.

Proposed product:
The product proposed was Flowfast Quartz which due to its fast curing nature was the only product suitable to meet the tight install window. 

Process:
The works were to be carried out over a period of four nights and carried out in sections. Each night required preparation of the existing floor tiles, ceramic priming of the tiles, application of the Quartz system including seal coats.

Conclusion:
The end client (Network Rail) were delighted with the finished floor which met with all of their requirements and was installed within both time and budget.
