Product: Arturo PU2060 Self Smoothing Resin Floor

Proposed product:
The specified product was Arturo PU2060 which would provide a 3mm floor which was modern,seamless and self smoothing. It also offered a degree of flexibility which was ideal for applying to the existing floor (plywood).

Process:
Plywood was installed onto the raised access floor and was then skimmed at all joining edges. Following curing of the skim coat the floor was then primed with the self smoothing product being installed the following day. To complete the installation two coats of matt sealer were applied to the floor to protect the finished floor and dampen the reflection of the floor.

Conclusion:
The installed floor met all of our clients expectations and provided a durable modern floor which would last for many years to come.
