Product: Water based Floor Coating System

Proposed product:
The product proposed was a light grey 2 coat water based epoxy resin flooring system due to cost and installation speed for such a large area. The product would seal the floor and prevent any future dusting of the existing concrete.

Process:
Due to the condition of the existing floor a heavy shotblast was required throughout with some areas requiring the addition of a heavy duty grind (to remove excess latex). Following the full preparation of the floor the area was painted with 2 no coats of a light grey epoxy resin water based system.

Conclusion:
The client was delighted with the final finish of the floor which looked aesthetically pleasing as well as preventing future dusting within the area. The project was completed on time as expected.
